Radu Puscas

Radu Puscas is an accomplished business management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as VP in the Business Management Office at IGM Financial Inc. since January 2019, Radu previously held the position of AVP, Head of Business Management. From July 2009 to January 2019, Radu was an Associate Partner and later a Principal at Blue-mark Management Consultants, specializing in strategy facilitation and organizational change management. Prior roles include Sr. Project Manager and Consultant at TD Bank from 2007 to 2009, and Client Manager at Managerial Design from August 2001 to July 2007, focusing on strategic planning and process improvement. Radu’s early career includes a role as Interactive Strategy Consultant at Delvinia Inc. Radu holds an IMBA in Strategic Planning from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
