Erik Adams is an accomplished editorial professional with extensive experience in entertainment journalism. Currently serving as the Entertainment Reviews Editor at IGN Entertainment since June 2023, Erik previously held the position of Deputy Editor at IndieWire from March 2022 to February 2023, where considerable contributions included establishing a dedicated team for below-the-line crafts coverage and supervising feature production. Prior to that, Erik was the Managing Editor of The A.V. Club at G/O Media, overseeing editorial operations and strategic direction, and played a pivotal role in enhancing content visibility and team communication. Erik’s career began at Onion, Inc., where significant roles included TV Editor and Associate Editor, achieving notable traffic growth in the TV section.
