Samanta Canton

Samanta Canton began their work experience as a Legal Assistant at Travieso Evans Arria Rengel & Paz in January 2014. Samanta then transitioned to a role as a Legal Trainee Attorney at Kimberly-Clark Venezuela in September 2014, where they drafted various legal documents and provided legal aid in corporate, labor, and contracts law. In 2015, they worked as an Abogado (lawyer) in private practice until September 2016.

From October 2016 to March 2019, Samanta worked as a Recruiting Coordinator and Freelance Recruiter via Upwork. During this time, they gained experience in recruiting and coordinating candidates for various roles.

In April 2019, Samanta joined ASAP Services, LLC as a Recruiting Specialist. Samanta'sresponsibilities included sourcing and finding potential candidates, conducting phone screens, and building an active candidate pipeline. Samanta successfully placed over 30 candidates in 2020 and was recognized as the top recruiter for each quarter.

Most recently, Samanta worked at All In Bits, starting as a Recuiter in April 2021 and later transitioning to a Senior Recruiter role in March 2022. In their role, they supported the growth and shared services organizations, as well as customer support and frontend development. Samanta played a key role in the company's growth, hiring 45 employees and recruiting for various positions such as Director of External Relations, Developer Advocate, Community Manager, and User Acquisition.
