With a diverse background that includes roles such as Project Lead Training Coordinator for MHS Genesis Deployment at ECCO Select and extensive experience in educational settings that spans nearly two decades, Lydia has developed expertise in curriculum design, adult learning principles, and performance management. Lydia's educational accomplishments include an MBA focused on Health Care Administration and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, alongside certifications in instructional design.
