Tim Fleming

Head of Process Excellence & Client Experience at Ignite IPA

Tim Fleming has worked in the finance and technology industries since 1998. Tim began their career at State Street Corporation as an Assistant Vice President. In 2005, they moved to BISYS Hedge Fund Services as Group Manager. In 2006, they returned to State Street as Department Head of Institutional Accounting and Vice President of Client Services. In 2011, they joined Wipro Technologies as a Managing Consultant. In 2015, they began working at BNY Mellon as Business Process Reengineer on the Client Insight & Innovation Team. In 2021, they were appointed Head of Process Excellence & Client Experience at Ignite IPA (Intelligent Process Automation). Throughout their career, they have been responsible for end-to-end delivery of Lean Six Sigma reengineering projects and led and participated in automation initiatives that reduced manual errors, improved the client experience, and provided significant efficiencies through implementation of Robotics Process Automation (RPA), OCR, Machine Learning, APIs, CRM, and Workflow.

Tim Fleming obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University between 1993 and 1997. Tim then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Investment Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University between 2008 and 2009. Tim also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
