Austin McCain has a wealth of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Starting in 2012, they were a Manager - Nutritional Consultant for Complete Nutrition. In 2015, they joined Insperity as a Recruiting Specialist and was promoted to Associate Recruiting Specialist. In 2017, they became a Senior Recruitment Consultant for Petroplan, where they were recognized with multiple MVP and Team of the Month awards. In 2019, they joined CCL Global as a Senior Consultant. In 2021, they were a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for Eagle Automation. In 2022, they became a Sr. TA Consultant for VanZandt Controls and Eagle Automation. Finally, in 2023, they were a Corporate Recruiter for both G&H Diversified Manufacturing and Yellow Jacket Oil Tools.
