Brittney T. has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 as a Team Lead Supervisor at FOREVER21_KOREA. In 2016, they took on the role of General Manager at Cupcake Mafia/The Icing Agency, where they planned and organized various day-to-day tasks of a top social media influencer, sourced photographers, set designers, models, and stylists for brand photoshoots, and used various marketing tools to plan, create, and implement marketing campaigns. In 2019, Brittney became the Executive Administrative Office Manager at The Brand By RahmirK Brand Building & Marketing Agency, supervising a small administrative staff focused on building small businesses, their branding, and social media presence. Brittney also verified and tracked project deadlines in order to facilitate smooth workflow and satisfied clients. In 2020, Brittney took on the role of Executive Recruiter at Ignite Recruitment, and also worked as a Service Dispatcher at Coyote Logistics, where they scheduled freight deliveries, tracked loads, and provided effective and open communication to drivers and customers. Currently, Brittney is a Recruiter at Boeing.
Brittney T. has a high school diploma from New Bern High School, which they obtained in 2006. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Phone-Based Customer Service from LinkedIn. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn, as well as a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
