Jamila G., MCIPS has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Jamila began their career as a Workshop Planner & Training Consultant at FAO, where they arranged and ran trainings in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Germany, managed communication with over than 200 workshop participants from former CIS countries, and saved more than $200K for the training budget through negotiating and offering cost-effective solutions. In 2005, they took a role as Training Manager at bp, where they achieved 100% completion of priority 1 and Priority 2 training prior to sail away for CWP, West Azeri and East Azeri platforms, recruited 520 people for more than 100 local companies, and managed portfolios of over 400 offshore employees with regards to mandatory training requirements. In 2014, Jamila G. became a Project Delivery Manager at First European Games, Baku, Azerbaijan. In this role, they were responsible for the organization of Coordination Commission Meetings, provided management of reporting services and governance forums, provided Executive Assistance and Personal Assistance to the C-Level Executives, and event and project managed high-level events. In 2017, they took a role as Regional Sales and Training Manager at EF Education First, where they reviewed and edited all training materials for accuracy and company policy compliance, evaluated success of training programs and recommended improvements to upper management to enhance effectiveness, and recruited 120 partner agencies. Most recently, in 2020, Jamila G. became an Executive Assistant at Injuria, where they acted as a CEO surrogate, anticipated CEO's needs and preferences, had impeccable scheduling skills, kept the CEO focused on high-priority activities, created systemized processes, and more. In 2023, they began working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ignite Recruitment, a crowdsourced technology platform better serving the staffing market.

Jamila G. has a diverse educational background. Jamila obtained their Associate MCIPS from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply in 2009, where they studied Procurement and Supply, Project Management, and Contract Administration. Prior to that, they obtained their MA in Linquistics from Azerbaijan State University of Languages in 2005, where they studied English language, translation, linquistics, English literature, and French as a second language. Jamila also obtained a BA from Azerbaijan State University of Languages in Translation. In October 2020, they obtained a certification from Randstad RiseSmart career mobility team.
