Kaylee Pilz has three years of recruitment experience. Kaylee began their career in 2018 as a Recruitment HR Coordinator at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. In 2021, they joined Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota as a Recruiter. Currently, Kaylee is employed as a Recruiting Consultant at Ignite Recruitment, a crowdsourced technology platform better serving the staffing market.

Kaylee Pilz began their educational journey in 2014 when they attended Anoka-Ramsey Community College, where they obtained an Associate's degree. Kaylee then continued their studies at the University of Minnesota, graduating in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development, with a focus on Human Resource Development, Technical Writing, and Human Nutrition. In December 2022, Kaylee obtained a Certified Diversity Recruiter certification from AIRS powered by ADP.
