Kerri Swailes

Kerri Swailes has a long and varied work experience. Kerri began their career in 1999 as a Real Estate Agent Assistant/Team Manager at RE/MAX. In 2002, they moved to Coventry Homes as a New Home Sales Consultant. In 2003, they served as an Ameri Corps Member (Peace Corps Partner Organization) at Habitat for Humanity International. In 2004, they returned to Swailes & Company, Inc. as an Accounting Manager. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Memorial Hermann Health System as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDCI). In 2016, they were promoted to Vice President of Business Development at Swailes & Company, Inc. In 2021, they joined Ignite Recruitment as an Associate VP and Recruitment Consultant.

Kerri Swailes completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Houston in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Arts - AA in Psychology from Houston Community College in 2006. Kerri also attended Sam Houston State University from 1996 to 1998.
