Rich Phillips

Rich Phillips has been in the recruitment industry for over 20 years. Rich began their career in 1998 as the President of Global Financial Services at DHR International. In 2013, they moved to Phillips International Inc. as a Contract Recruiter. Most recently, they have been a Recruitment Consultant at Ignite Recruitment since 2019.

Rich Phillips attended the University of Colorado Denver, completing Master's coursework and thesis research in Political Psychology. Rich previously attended Metropolitan State University of Denver, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Political Science.
