Shierleen Cross

Shierleen Cross has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources and People & Culture. Shierleen currently holds the position of Chief People & Culture Officer at Ignite Visibility since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as the VP of People & Culture and Senior Director of People & Culture at Ignite Visibility. Shierleen also worked as the Director of People & Culture at Ignite Visibility from August 2021 to August 2022.

Before that, they worked as an HR Generalist at Digitaria and its subsidiaries from January 2008 to January 2010.
