Chad D. Hoilman has over 25 years of experience in the technology and software industry. Chad D. began their career in 1993 as a Consultant, Sr. Consultant, and Manager at Accenture, providing IT strategy, systems development, process engineering, and change management services to Fortune 500 clients. In 1997, they joined Onesoft/Etensity/Distributed Development Labs as VP Strategy, VP Services, and VP Operations & Business Development, helping to launch a pioneering ecommerce software provider and building the Strategy practice to $3.5M/yr in revenue and $17M in follow-on software sales. In 2005, they joined Visual Sciences, Inc. as VP Services, leading the Client Services team from startup through explosive growth, public company merger, and eventual acquisition for $394M. In 2008, they joined Omniture, Inc. as EVP Operations, taking responsibility for the Advanced Analytics LOB organization integration, profitable operation, and customer success. Chad D. also helped lead Global Service Operations in successfully identifying and executing reforms that improved profitability in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific prior to OMTR's acquisition by Adobe Systems for $1. In 2009, they became an Independent Management Consultant, helping to execute a 2-year effort that positioned GSI Commerce for acquisition by eBay for $2.4B. From 2011 to 2016, they were a Principal at Product Lab, LLC, a private technology incubator specializing in the design, development, and operation of new technology products and companies. In 2016, they became a Principal at New Fashioned, LLC, a consultancy advising high-growth digital health companies on human capital infrastructure, culture, and leadership development. Since 2019, they have been the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Ignitio, Inc., acting as a strategic advisor to the founders of the market's most innovative cloud-based business performance platform.

Chad D. Hoilman obtained their Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Harvard University between 1988 and 1992. Chad D. also holds certifications from Harvard Law School, LOMA, and Pragmatic Marketing.
