Gauthier Riesi has a diverse work experience history. Gauthier started their career at Valeo in 2015 as an Acheteur junior Europe for six months. From there, they moved to Plastic Omnium where they worked as an Acheteur projet Innovation for two years. In 2017, Gauthier joined Asociación de las Bienaventuranzas as a Volontaire international for ten months. Following this, they joined Ignition Program in 2018 and held various roles including Sales & Matchmaker, Sales Team Leader, and Responsable du développement Aix/Marseille - City Launcher. Currently, Gauthier is working as the Head of Sales at Ignition Program.

Gauthier Riesi pursued their education in a chronological order. Continuing their academic journey, Gauthier pursued a Master's degree in Business Development from Audencia from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they participated in a student exchange program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2016 as part of their Post Graduate Program in Management. In 2018, they obtained the "Certification Ignition Program" from Ignition Program, further enhancing their skills and knowledge in a specific area.
