Marine Rugliano

Marine Rugliano is the Chief of Staff to the CRO at Ignition Program, with experience in reorganizing commercial pricing strategy and optimizing processes. As a Teamlead Account Manager, Marine manages a team of 6 Account Managers, aiding in recruitment, training, KPIs follow-up, coaching, and more. Additionally, Marine has served as an Account Manager at Ignition Program and volunteered at Comité National ONU Femmes France. Marine also has experience as a Junior Market Researcher at Havas Sports & Entertainment, and participated in a group project on partnerships for UEFA in cooperation with Roland Berger during their time at ESSEC Business School.
