Sulaimaan Arbee

Sulaimaan Arbee is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies and e-learning development. Currently employed at Ignition Group since August 2022, Sulaimaan previously held Scrum Master positions at Educor Holdings and ThoroughTec Simulation, where responsibilities included organizing Scrum ceremonies and fostering team collaboration. Sulaimaan's career began at SITA, establishing an e-learning division, followed by roles at Deloitte Consulting and Edcon, focusing on instructional design and content development. Sulaimaan co-founded Merloni, managing brand and online marketing initiatives, and holds multiple certifications, including an Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) from Agile42 and extensive education in e-learning and web design.
