Ugne Supranaviciene is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and organizational change. Currently serving as the ET Lab Transformation Programme Manager at Ignitis Group and a Senior Project Coordinator at Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas, Ugne has previously held positions such as Change Manager at Danske Bank and OCM Lead at Lietuvos Geležinkeliai.
