Karlie Leung is the Talent, Culture & Diversity Officer at Ignyte Group. Karlie previously worked as a Corporate Administrator at Mobomo and a Health Education and Communications Coordinator at Asian American Health Initiative.

Karlie has a passion for organizational change and HR strategies. At Mobomo, they served as the primary contact for employees with the HR department, providing guidance and advocacy on benefits, payroll, and performance management. Karlie also facilitated and provided on- and off-boarding support.

At Asian American Health Initiative, Karlie was the lead organizer for semiannual community education workshops. Karlie promoted awareness of health concerns specific to Asian Americans through the strategic dissemination of culturally and linguistically sensitive health education materials and resources in various media sources and at outreach events. Karlie also maintained the organization's internal and external communications, including monthly reports, bi-monthly newsletters, social media, and other publications.

Karlie's work has been recognized with two awards from the National Association of Counties (NACo) in 2016 for their contributions to behavioral health and community empowerment programs.

Karlie Leung has a Master of Arts in Anthropology with Museum Training concentration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology; Crime, Law & Justice from Penn State University. Karlie also has certification from SHRM in SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
