Jack Schroeder

As Vice President of Technical Services at Igor, Jack Schroeder brings more than 20 years of IT experience to the team with a background in network administration, technical support, operations management, global engineering support, and in leadership roles in IT and operations. He is deeply knowledgeable in operational management and has a proven track record of implementing enterprise-level solutions to ensure business goals are met and exceeded. Since joining Igor in 2019, he has been responsible for all project implementation and post-installation support. He manages a growing team of engineers and technicians who specialize in Igor’s PoE technology and provide onsite installation services in addition to remote support. Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and an M.B.A. from Upper Iowa University.
