Kim Schmitt

Kim Schmitt has over 20 years of work experience in the HR field. Kim started their career at Intervise as a Recruiting Director from 1994 to 1998. Kim then worked at SI International as the Director of Employment from 2000 to 2003. Currently, they are serving as the SVP, HR at iGov since 2004. In this role, they manage the HR department for iGov, a Value Added Reseller (VAR) and IT Services Firm, overseeing various contracts and the company's growth.

Kim Schmitt has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management from Eastern Kentucky University. Kim also holds additional certifications, including a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute obtained in January 2009 and a SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM obtained in June 2015.
