Jaclyn Tomlinson

Jaclyn Tomlinson is an accomplished HR executive currently serving as SVP of HR at Motional, leading the global HR organization since September 2025. Prior to this role, Jaclyn was the Chief People Officer at MOO, guiding the company through a cultural transformation in the post-pandemic environment. Jaclyn's extensive background includes significant positions at Amazon, where roles encompassed leadership in talent management and HR operations across various divisions. At Amazon Robotics, Jaclyn served as Head of HR, while earlier experience at Vistaprint involved launching new HR models and managing a global Employee Relations team. Jaclyn's career began at Tufts Health Plan and Vector Marketing, building a strong foundation in employee relations and recruitment.
