Kim Gogo has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kim began their career at Formet Industries in November 2006, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist for a period of ten years, until January 2016. In 2016, they joined IGPC Ethanol Inc., a division of Integrated Grain Processors Co-operative Inc., where they held multiple roles. Kim started as an HR Coordinator and quickly progressed to the position of HR Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at the company.
Kim Gogo attended Fanshawe College where they pursued a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. However, the exact start and end dates for their education at Fanshawe College are not provided.
