Ben Riley

Ben Riley is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Global Social Media for IGR International Gay Rugby since July 2020, where content management across various social media platforms is a key focus. Simultaneously, Ben has been a Project Manager and Business Process Analyst at Fraikin since June 2015, overseeing business intelligence data analysis and stakeholder collaboration to improve processes and implement ERP solutions. With a solid background at Fraikin Ltd from November 2010 to June 2015 as Operations & Engineering Support Manager, Ben was involved in training, quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior roles include managing customer support and operations within Fraikin and Lex Transfleet, culminating in a comprehensive skill set in project management, training, and system development. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in History & Politics from the University of Warwick, completed in 2002.
