Aksana K.

Aksana K. has held various roles in the software engineering industry. Aksana began their career in 2014 as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Technical Support Engineer at RUE Beltelecom. In this role, they researched, diagnosed, troubleshot and identified solutions to resolve system technical and document issues to improve users' satisfaction of services. Aksana also took ownership of customer issues, reported and saw problems through to resolution, and developed best practices and guidelines for technical support. In 2020, they moved to Immigrant Care, where they served as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Currently, they are a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at iGrad.

Aksana K. received an Associate's degree in Computer Science from the Belarusian State Academy of Communications between 2008 and 2012. Aksana then went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics between 2012 and 2018.
