Marc Thayer

Marc Thayer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Marc has worked as a QA Engineer Lead, Senior QA Engineer, and QA Engineer at iGrafx since 2020. Prior to that, they were self-employed as a Web Developer. Marc also worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Metal Toad from 2020 to 2021. Before that, at Vacasa from 2014 to 2020, they served as a Quality Assurance Team Lead, Quality Assurance Engineer, and Software Engineer. Marc was also self-employed as a Web Developer and Consultant from 2013 to 2015. Marc Thayer started their career at Educational Policy Improvement Center in 2005, where they worked as a Database Analyst and later as a Web Application Developer. Additionally, they were a Website Coordinator at GEAR UP in 2005.

Marc Thayer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Computer and Information Science from the University of Oregon, attending from 2000 to 2005. Later, they pursued a degree in Software Engineering and completed a Graduate Certificate in Software Engineering at Portland State University, attending from 2011 to 2012.
