Amit Raj has extensive work experience in the sales and customer success field. Amit started their career at NIIT Technologies Limited in 2005, where they worked in various roles such as L1 Help Desk Support and Subject Matter Expert OTA and Tele Marketing. Amit later became a Business Manager, Strategic Quality and a Business lead - Delivery, handling client and vendor management for an online travel agency.

In 2014, Amit joined IGT Solutions as a Manager - Sales and Account Management for India, Middle East, and Manila. Amit then progressed to the position of Sales Director for the India and Middle East region. Amit was responsible for expanding the company's presence and managing strategic accounts.

Amit's most recent role is Vice President - Customer Success and Growth at IGT Solutions. Prior to this, they served as a Partner - Customer Success - Growth - IMEA and General Manager - Sales, Growth, and Strategic Account Management. In these positions, they focused on driving expansion, growth, and revenue retention in the BPM, IT, and Digital space for travel, retail, and hospitality industries within the IMEA region. Amit Raj earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Delhi University in 2004. Amit also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from NIIT Technologies Limited in 2013.
