Manish Bisht has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Manish started their career as a Sales Consultant at Majestic Software Limited in 2001. Manish then worked as a Customer Care Executive at Inox Global Services LTD, where they catered to both UK and US clients and provided product training to colleagues. After that, they joined ebookers as a Travel Sales Consultant, responsible for selling flights and holiday packages. In 2006, they joined Intelenet Global Services - A Serco Group as a Team Leader, and later took on roles as Asst./Deputy Manager Operations and Manager Operations, handling sales and back-office teams for Yatra.Com. In 2012, they joined Goibibo as a Manager Operations, and subsequently worked as Sr. Manager Operations and Associate Director for Customer Care Operations. Currently, they serve as the Vice President - CX Transformation for the EMEA region at IGT Solutions, heading service delivery for various locations.

Manish Bisht graduated with a B.A. degree from Dyal Singh College, Delhi University in New Delhi from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their Std. XII education in Arts from DTEA, Mandir Marg, New Delhi from 1996 to 2001. Manish also obtained certifications including COPC Registered Coordinator from COPC Inc in 2016 and Six Sigma Green Belt by Benchmark.
