Paulo Benjamin Salinas

Paulo Benjamin Salinas is an experienced training and development professional with a strong background in instructional design and training management. Currently serving as the Head of Department for Learning Architecture at IGT Solutions since 2019, Paulo previously held the position of Senior Training Manager for the same department. Prior experience includes roles as a Training Supervisor in self-employment, an Instructional Designer at Sutherland, and a Master Trainer at AFNI Philippines Inc., where responsibilities included facilitating Verizon Training Certification sessions and providing coaching to Trainers. Further experience encompasses positions as a Sr. Trainer at Concentrix, where Paulo managed new hire training for the SONY program, a Product Trainer at Arvato, and a Tier 2 at NCO Group. Paulo holds a degree from the Philippine School of Business Administration, completed in 2008.
