Prabhakar Bisen

Prabhakar Bisen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and business management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at IGT Solutions since February 2024, Prabhakar previously held the role of President & Chief Operating Officer at Straive from July 2018 to January 2024, focusing on revenue growth and operational excellence. Prior to that, Prabhakar excelled at Cognizant as Vice President & Global Head of Healthcare BPS, overseeing the global delivery of healthcare solutions, and as Country Head for the Philippines while managing the Insurance BPS business. Prabhakar's career began at WNS Global Services, where Prabhakar served as the founding President & CEO of WNS Philippines and led BFSI business initiatives. Early experience includes a role as Vice President of Transitions at Genpact. Prabhakar holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a BE in Electrical Engineering from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra.
