Rahul Mitra

Rahul Mitra is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager of the Talent Acquisition Group and Head of the Global Resource Organisation at IGT Solutions since June 2022, Rahul plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences for global brands using innovative digital technologies. Prior to this, Rahul was the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at LeadSquared, driving talent strategies for a leading SaaS CRM company, and Rahul has also held key positions at ZS, where responsibilities included designing talent acquisition strategies for India, Japan, and Singapore. Rahul began their career in recruitment at Sellcraft Softech and HSBC Global Technologies and gained recognition as a vertical lead at Syntel, achieving significant operational success early in their career. Rahul holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Fergusson College.
