Richa Bhasin

Richa Bhasin has over 15 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Richa began their career as a Process Associate at Genpact in 2008 and gradually progressed through various roles. Richa has held positions such as Process Developer, Management Trainee, and Assistant Manager in the Human Resources department. In 2018, they became a Manager and eventually a Senior Manager in November 2021. In 2023, they joined IGT Solutions as the Head of the Human Resources Department.

Richa Bhasin obtained their Masters of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from NIBM Institute from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce, General from RBS College from 2004 to 2007.
