Dorothy Costa

Dorothy Costa, MBA, serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of People & Transformation at IGT, a position held since January 2009, where responsibilities include driving HR activities aligned with business objectives for the North America Gaming & Interactive segment. Prior to this role, Dorothy served as Vice President of Human Resources and held various HR leadership positions at GTECH Corporation from 1998 to 2009, culminating in the role of Sr. Director of HR for Global Technology Solutions following GTECH's merger with IGT in 2015. Dorothy's educational background includes an Advanced HR Executive Program from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Johnson & Wales University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Rhode Island College.
