Gemma Clarke

Gemma Clarke is an experienced Engineering Manager currently with Oxa, where roles include Engineering Manager in the Office of the CTO and Head of Solutions Delivery. Prior to Oxa, Gemma served at the Oxford Robotics Institute, managing operations for a 100-person research institute and overseeing financial management and strategic policy development as Head of Administration. Gemma's background includes project and program management roles, notably coordinating a £25M projects portfolio at the institute and providing support for international research programs at the British Antarctic Survey. Gemma's educational qualifications include a BSc Hons in Computing and IT, a Postgraduate Certificate in Biodiversity, and a BA Hons in Middle Eastern Politics and Arabic, with ongoing studies towards an MSc in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Bath.
