Mateus Renault

Mateus Renault is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, financial performance analysis, and corporate governance. Currently serving at Iguá Saneamento as the Diretor Executivo de Transformação e Novos Negócios (CTO & CBDO) and previously holding multiple strategic roles, Mateus has been instrumental in formulating business plans and capital allocation strategies across 18 business units. As a private equity investment professional at IG4 Capital, Mateus contributes to portfolio management. Before these roles, experience includes positions at Tarpon Capital, banco BV, Goldman Sachs, Banco Espírito Santo S.A., and Banco Fator, focusing on performance improvement, investment banking, and equity research. Mateus holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, enhancing a solid academic foundation also supported by studies at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a degree in Economics from Universidade de Brasília.
