Sergio Lazzeri

Sergio Lazzeri has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Sergio began their career as an M&A Specialist at Lopes Consultoria de Imóveis, where they led business assessments and executed projects for the company's inorganic growth strategy. Sergio also played a key role in closing over 10 deals in less than a year and led M&A and funding initiatives for startup Pronto Imoveis.

Following this, Lazzeri worked as an M&A Coordinator at The AES Corporation. During their time there, they served as the coordinator for mergers and acquisitions activities.

Lazzeri then joined LATAM Airlines, where they took on various leadership roles. As the Sr Manager Product Strategy (CEx), they led product design and customer experience efforts in areas such as cabin experience, inflight entertainment, and onboard services. Sergio also worked closely with the Global Alliances team to ensure cooperation readiness with global and local carriers. Later, Lazzeri became the General Manager of Ground Operations for Latam Brasil, overseeing a team of 5,000 baggage handling agents. In this position, they developed and executed operations strategies that led to record performance in mishandled bags and on-time performance.

Subsequently, Lazzeri joined Dasa as the Director of OCC. In this role, they were responsible for leading strategic initiatives to improve patient outcomes, cost efficiency, and hospital productivity. Sergio also played a significant role in conceiving, implementing, and managing Dasa's Hospital Command Center and led a continuous improvement team focused on process efficiency. Additionally, Lazzeri designed Dasa's MDH (Modelo Dasa de Hospitais), a set of requirements aimed at meeting service standards and customer expectations.

Lazzeri's most recent work experience is with Iguatemi S.A., where they hold the position of Director of Mall Management & Parking Operations. Sergio is accountable for overseeing the operations of a portfolio of malls, including service delivery and relationship management with store owners. Sergio also serves as the Corporate Director of Parking Operations, responsible for strategic guidelines, innovation, and project management for 14 parking facilities across Sãn Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul, and Brasilia. Lazzeri temporarily served as the General Manager of Iguatemi São Paulo at an interim basis, gaining valuable mall operations experience and assisting in succession planning.
