Rotem Shacham

Rotem Shacham, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting from 2022, Rotem worked as a Post Merger Integration Lead at Iguazio (Acquired by McKinsey). In 2021, they served as an Entrepreneur In Residence at JAL Ventures Fund and also worked as a Consultant and Advisor to startups, focusing on Foodtech, B2B SaaS, and Cybersecurity. Rotem was an Advisor at OTORIO and also co-founded and served as the CEO of a Stealth Startup. Prior to this, Rotem had a notable tenure at McKinsey & Company, where they held various positions including Associate Partner and Global leader for Risk Alliances, Cyber Alliances, and Acquisitions. Rotem's earlier experience includes working as a PHD Student, Research Team Leader, and Lecturer at Bar Ilan University, as well as an Internship Consultant at Nest Consulting. They also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Avaya and Bluesoft (currently AeroScout).

Rotem Shacham, PhD has a diverse education history. In 1998-2002, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at Tel Aviv University. Following this, they attended Tel Aviv University again from 2004-2008 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Subsequently, from 2008-2012, they completed a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Organizational and Social Psychology at Bar-Ilan University. Finally, in 2017, they attended Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business for a short-term program in Data Science.
