Shannon Douglas

Shannon Douglas is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in regional sales management. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at igus Inc. since 2012, Shannon oversees a team of four and drives sales across seven states, achieving consistent annual revenue growth. Prior to this, Shannon held the Regional Sales Manager position at HDI RAILINGS, focusing on account development and client education along the Northeast coast. Shannon's earlier roles included various managerial positions in retail with Talbots and Coach, where strong financial operations, visual merchandising, and employee training contributed to significant sales achievements.
