Christy Welch

Christy Welch has been working at IHA since May 2017 as a Care Manager Preceptor. In this role, Christy onboards new nurse care managers, mentors experienced care managers, and provides education to the care management team. Prior to joining IHA, Christy worked at Michigan Medicine as a Registered Nurse, where Christy served as a Central Staffing Resource float nurse for the adult telemetry cluster. From June 2012 to April 2016, Christy was an RN at ProMedica Health System, specializing in CCU/Step Down care. Christy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Michigan-Flint (2014 - 2016) and an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Jackson College (2009 - 2012).
