Mads Ottosen

Mads Ottosen is an experienced Recruitment Manager and Business Developer at iHeadHunt since October 2020, overseeing a team of Researchers to attract skilled talent in a challenging market. Previously, Mads served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and Data Analyst at the Ministry of Finance, where responsibilities included economic analysis, data quality troubleshooting, and developing reports in Power BI. Mads also held student assistant positions focused on data processing for IT systems mapping and SQL database management, alongside experience as a substitute teacher at Sankt Pauls Skole. Mads holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and has participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Universitat de Barcelona.
