Heidi Lauerman

Heidi Lauerman serves as the Vice President of Sales for the CPG Vertical at iHeartMedia since January 2023, focusing on creating comprehensive media and marketing partnerships with CPG leaders and implementing large-scale cross-platform programs. Prior to iHeartMedia, Lauerman held the position of Client Planning Director for Ad Sales at Paramount from February to November 2022, managing account relationships across the ViacomCBS/Paramount portfolio and fostering innovative partnerships. Lauerman's extensive experience at Viacom spanned from May 2007 to February 2022, where roles included Client Planning Director and Account Executive, driving revenue growth strategies across linear, digital, OTT, and CTV. Lauerman began the professional journey at Disney Corporation as an Account Service Rep from November 2004 to May 2007. Lauerman holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Miami University.
