John Wood

John Wood, Jr. is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in enterprise architecture, software development, and project management. Currently serving as Principal Enterprise Architect at iHeartMedia since May 2019, John has played a pivotal role in aligning technology roadmaps with future business needs and optimizing systems across the organization. As the owner of Woodpile Enterprises Inc. since 2001, John focuses on software development and consulting, specializing in Java applications. Prior positions include Enterprise Architect and Senior Developer roles at Rackspace, where John contributed significantly to artificial intelligence operations and cloud service initiatives, along with notable projects at Southwest Research Institute and others. John holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
