Joel Cazares has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner III specializing in technology at iHerb, LLC. Previous roles at iHerb included Talent Acquisition Partner II for both technology and enterprise divisions. Earlier in the career, Joel worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Williston Financial Group, LLC, and held various managerial positions in hospitality, including Operations Manager at Holiday Inn Express & Suites and Front Office Manager at Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton. Joel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Ashford University between 2014 and 2017.
