Nicola Hollow

Nicola Hollow serves as the Head of Europe at iHerb, LLC since June 2024, focusing on building a leading Health & Wellness retail platform in the region. Prior to this role, Nicola was an Omnichannel Strategy Advisor at Hollow Advisory from March 2023 to April 2024, providing strategic guidance for digitally-focused consumer businesses. Nicola’s experience also includes serving as Managing Director of Europe and General Manager at Pattern® from November 2018 to February 2023, where responsibilities encompassed strategic direction and growth for a global Marketplace 3P agency. Earlier, Nicola held the position of Board Director at PRACTICOLOGY LTD, overseeing consultancy services for retailers and CPG brands, and was instrumental in the company's sale to Pattern. Additionally, Nicola was the European Director of Ecommerce at Canon EMEA from September 2014 to September 2015, where initiatives included developing its first Ecommerce website in Europe. Nicola holds a BSc in Business Administration from Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University.
