Raphaël Illouz

Raphaël Illouz currently serves as Finance Director, FP&A at iHerb, LLC, where responsibilities include driving strategic and financial planning processes, managing monthly reporting, and supporting business operations with cost savings initiatives. With prior experience as Finance Manager at Thales, Raphaël led financial consolidation and reporting for a $1 billion sales scope, oversaw budget processes, and collaborated with leadership on financial visibility and strategic decision-making. Additional roles include positions in strategic finance and treasury at Thales, junior cash management at Danone Finance International, and financial auditing at KPMG and Mazars. Raphaël holds a Master of Science in Corporate Finance from NEOMA Business School and a Licentiate degree in Economics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
