Alper Yildiz

Alper Yildiz's work experience includes various roles in corporate finance and transaction advisory services. Alper is currently the Director Corporate Finance, EMEA FP&A & Integration at allnex, a global leading producer of industrial coating resins. Before that, they worked as a Senior Corporate Finance Manager and Corporate Finance Manager at allnex. Alper also had a mobility assignment at GC, where they served as an International Assignee, working on integration activities in various finance departments. Prior to that, they worked at EY for several years, starting as an Analyst and progressing to become a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services. Alper provided buy-side, sell-side, and refinancing advisory services, with a focus on the pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and retail/consumer products sectors. Alper also had experience in data analytics and conducted trainings for colleagues. Alper started their career as a Financial Analyst Intern at Prime Property Solutions Real Estate Investment Advisory and worked as a Student Teaching Assistant at Bogazici University.

Alper Yildiz completed their Global Executive MBA degree from INSEAD from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Boğaziçi University, where they obtained a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences from 2008 to 2014. Alper completed their secondary education at Denizli Science High School from 2003 to 2007.
