Claire Hope

Claire Hope is an accomplished Vice President Human Resources at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), with a career spanning over two decades in human resources and organizational development. Since joining IHG® in June 2016, Claire has played a pivotal role in leading global change initiatives and partnering with executive leadership. Previous experiences include HR Consultant & Mentor at The Clearlight Portfolio, interim VP of Organisation Development at IHG®, and HR leadership roles at BP, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and United Biscuits. Claire holds an MA in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, a Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School, and a BSc in Psychology from Cardiff University.
