Holly Waisanen-Hatipoglu

Holly Waisanen-Hatipoglu boasts extensive experience in performance analytics and customer loyalty within the hospitality sector. As Vice President of Performance Analytics at IHG Hotels & Resorts from October 2022 to July 2024, Waisanen-Hatipoglu launched a customer analytics Center of Excellence, modernizing data infrastructure for marketing and loyalty. Previous roles include Vice President of Loyalty and Card Analytics at Marriott International, where strategic analytics supported the Marriott Bonvoy program, and multiple leadership positions that enhanced marketing and operational initiatives. Waisanen-Hatipoglu's educational background includes a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Case Western Reserve University in Systems and Control Engineering and Applied Mathematics, respectively.
