Neil Maidment

Neil Maidment has extensive experience in corporate communications, currently serving as Vice President of Global Corporate Communications at IHG Hotels & Resorts since October 2015. In this role, Neil Maidment also undertook a secondment as Vice President of Corporate Communications for EMEAA and has held positions such as Head of Global Internal Communications & Editorial and Head of Editorial in Global Corporate Affairs. Prior to IHG, Neil Maidment worked at Thomson Reuters from January 2008 to September 2015 in various roles, including UK Retail & Leisure Correspondent, Company News Reporter for Support Services, and Sports Correspondent. Neil Maidment holds a degree in Media Studies with a focus on Journalism from Swansea University, completed in 2006.
