Glenroy Leslie

Glenroy Leslie is an experienced energy sector professional currently serving as Regional Plant Manager and Plant Manager at IHI Power Services Corp. since April 2019. Prior experience includes Production Manager at NextEra Energy Resources, where effective management of combustion turbines achieved critical reliability and environmental performance standards. Glenroy also held significant roles as Station Manager for Hunt's Bay & Rockfort Power Stations at Jamaica Public Service Company Ltd, leading the operational merger of power stations with a total capacity of 162.5MW, and as Station Manager and Maintenance Manager at Rockfort Diesel Station, where budget management and operational efficiency were key responsibilities.
