Paula Frontroy

Paula Frontroy is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background spanning several industries. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at IHI Power Services Corp. since July 2023, Paula also provides consulting services through PF HR Consulting, assisting small businesses and non-profits with HR solutions. Previous roles include National Director of Human Resources at MedLab2020, where Paula developed standard operating procedures and achieved significant insurance savings, and Human Resources Manager at Help For Brain Injured Children, Inc., overseeing HR functions for a non-profit organization. With extensive experience at Fladeboe Automotive Group, MSX International, and Sage Employment Consultants, Paula has cultivated expertise in recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HR policy development.
